After a 30 year career with AT&T, as a Customer Services Manager, I decided to take advantage of a “retirement” opportunity available and pursue new and different options. I was not ready to retire, but it was time to move on.

I signed up with Kelly Services to do some temporary work and was assigned to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, for a 2 week assignment, assisting a Medicare Advantage Sales Agent. After their Annual Enrollment Period, Kelly Services offered me another temporary position at Anthem, working for a Captive Sales Agent. This led to me becoming licensed and learning how to sell Health Insurance.

For someone who was always fortunate to have health insurance provided by my employer, the world of Individual insurance was a real eye-opener. Besides making me appreciate my personal situation even more, I was happy to be able to help people find health coverage and financial protection for their families. My second career had begun!

This “temporary” assignment lasted 5 years! And then, the Affordable Care Act was born, effectively ending the Captive Sales Agent position that I supported.

In August of 2014, I started working as Joseph Krivelow’s Assistant at Healthcare Solutions Team. And the rest, as they say, is History! We have grown tremendously since that time, and I am excited to be a part of Joe’s Company, Compass Health Consultants, proud partner of Healthcare Solutions Team.

My primary responsibilities are supporting Joe and assisting Agents with Contracting, Lead Acquisitions, and a multitude of other issues that pop up daily. I continue to sell Individual Health Care Coverage, and I am also getting into the Over 65 Market.
